Return Policy

At CEVIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or final sale items
• Gift cards
• Intimate apparel or swimwear for hygiene reasons

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at team@cevia.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
