ORDER & SHIPPING QUESTIONS

For questions about an existing order, please include your order number when contacting us.

Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days before dispatch. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• United States & Canada: 10–14 business days
• Europe: 12–16 business days
• Australia: 14–20 business days
• Rest of World: 14–25 business days

Tracking is available on most orders and is sent by email when available.

RETURNS

You have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return. To start a return, contact team@cevia.store with your order number. Once approved, CEVIA will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
