Wrap the tape measure snugly around your ribcage, directly under your bust. Keep the tape parallel to the ground and breathe normally. Round to the nearest whole number.

Chest (Bust)

Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the ground. Do not pull too tight — the tape should lie flat without compressing the skin.
