REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At CEVIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

RETURN PERIOD
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• In the same condition as you received it
• Unworn and unused
• With original tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please contact us at: team@cevia.store

Once your return request is approved, we will send you:
• A prepaid return shipping label
• Detailed instructions on how to send your package back

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at team@cevia.store so we can resolve the issue.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom or special order items
• Personal care and beauty products

EXCHANGES
To ensure you get what you want quickly, we recommend:
1. Return the item you have
2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EUROPEAN UNION)
In accordance with European Union legislation, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason without justification. The return conditions mentioned above apply.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:
• You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method
• The refund will be processed within 10 business days
• Please note that your bank or credit card company may take a few additional days to process the refund
