We offer FREE shipping on all orders, regardless of destination or order value. No minimum purchase required!

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 3-4 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may vary during peak seasons or high-order volumes.

Please note:
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped
• Processing time does not include shipping time

• Europe: 12-16 business days
• Australia: 14-20 business days
• Rest of World: 14-25 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may be faster or slower depending on:

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Most orders include tracking information. Once your order has shipped, you will receive:

Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

While rare, packages may occasionally be delayed or lost during transit. If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:

We will work with you to resolve any shipping issues as quickly as possible.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at team@cevia.store. We can only modify addresses before the order has been shipped.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Failed delivery attempts
• Refusal of package
• Unclaimed package

We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, we begin processing immediately. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at team@cevia.store as soon as possible.

• Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are shipped
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned according to our Refund Policy
